How long do things take?
NEW SERVICES
Phone Landline (fixed)
- a New Phone Connection normally takes 3 to 5 Working Days
Phone Mobile
- a new Mobile service is normally available next working day. However shipping times for SIM cards/ handsets can vary. Please allow up to 5 Working days for delivery
ADSL - White, Blue, Red & Black Plans
- a new ADSL service normally takes 3 to 5 Working Days after the telephone service is active
ADSL Naked -Silver Plans
- a new Naked ADSL service normally takes 10 to 15 Working Days after the telephone service is active
Wireless 3G
- a new Wireless 3 g service is normally available next working day. However shipping times for SIM cards/ Modems can vary. Please allow up to 5 Working days for delivery
CHURNED or PORTED SERVICES
Phone Landline (Fixed)
- a telephone port normally takes around 3 to 5 Working Days
Phone Mobile
- a new Mobile service is normally available next working day. However shipping times for SIM cards/ handsets can vary. Please allow up to 5 Working days for delivery. Once the SIM has arrived please call us so that we can arrange the port of your number to your new SIM. This typically takes around 30 mins to complete
ADSL
- An ADSL Churn normally takes approx 3 working days
ADSL 1 to ADSL 2
- When moving from an ADSL 1 service with another provider to an ADSL 2 service with us, it normally takes around 4 working days. You will experience some downtime on the day the work is done, this can range from an hour to a day
Naked DSL
- if you are churning from a Regular ADSL 1 or 2 service to Naked it takes 10 to 15 working days
- if you are churning from an existing Naked DSL service to a Naked DSL service it can take approx 3 working days
CHANGING YOUR EXISTING SERVICE
Phone Landline (Fixed)
- a change of plan does not take effect until the start of the next billing month
Phone Mobile
- changes to mobile plans normally complete next working day
ADSL
- changing your plan between any of these speeds is normally completed next working day
256 (White plans), 1000 (Blue plans), 1500 (Red plans), 8000 (Black 8000 plans)
There is a $30 plan change fee - this includes changing your data limit either up or down and/ or changing your speed
ADSL 1 to ADSL 2
- When moving from an ADSL 1 service to an ADSL 2 service with us, it normally takes around 4 working days. You will experience some downtime on the day the work is done, this can range from an hour to a day
Wireless 3G
- changes are normally available next working day
