For accounts before March 22, 2011, a security deposit of one months plan fee was payable and was applied towards final month of service, when 30 days notice of termination was provided. For accounts after March 22, 2011 we no longer charge a security deposit. All accounts are charged monthly in advance. Credit Card payment attract a 1.25% surcharge

ADSL plans with speeds up to 1500Kbps will be charged an additional $3 per month, & plans up to & including 8000Kbps will incur additional $10 per month charge.
