Important Information
The 250 Pack requires that both Telephone & ADSL services are with LoCall Australis. Should one service be moved away to another provider or cancelled, the standalone charges are Telephone $64.95 per month, ADSL $99.95 per month
If we cannot provide you with an ADSL 2+ service, we will provide you with an Open ADSL 1 service - nominal speed of this service is 8000/384
ADSL 2+ plan speed is nominally 24000/1024 but real world speeds for both ADSL 2+ & Open ADSL 1 will vary depending on a number of factors
250GB Data allowance has no peak or off-peak - if data limit is exceeded service is shaped to 72Kbps - no excess usage charegs apply
You can opt to add in Extra Data if you require your service to be unshaped $3.30 per GB
Static IP is available $2.50 per month- the 250 Pack is dynamic IP normally
Data is counted both downstream & upstream
